We have availability for a short-term tenant between January and end of May (length of stay is negotiable). The suite is oceanfront with water access. Tenant must be comfortable with stairs. The ideal person lives a quiet life. Good fit for a Royal Roads Student or VGH medical practitioner looking for short term. *Please note, this space has a kitchenette - not a full kitchen.
There are parks, hiking trails (Thetis Lake), bike paths(EN Trail), bus lines and beaches nearby. VGH, Royal and Roads University are in the area. The address is in View Royal.
