16.5 K&C with Trailer in Brentwood Bay, British Columbia for sale

Sad to see this one go...
16.5 ft K&C with a great 115 Yamaha V4.
This boat feels larger with the short bow layout and very stable in open water (I was told the hull has very similar design to the double eagle).
Major tune-up last year including a new water impeller (alpine marine) and compression test. Runs great and makes this boat move! We clocked it doing 36 knots (66 km/h) on a calm day last year.
-Humming bird fish finder - works great
-VHF radio with antenna

-4.5 Mercury kicker (ran last year, will probably need a carb refresh but does the job) - seals done the previous year
-In-hull fuel tank (full with stabilized fuel)

Both the boat and trailer are registered in my name.
The 115 Yamaha has been winterized and ready for next year.
We had a lot of fun with this boat but we have upgraded - this would be a perfect boat for the lake or a great fishing machine off the local coast.
