Once you adjust it to fit you, it provides great support and comfort for prolonged computer/desk work. I know you see office chairs advertised for under $50, but not all office chairs are created equal, and a well-fitting supportive chair is essential to reduce the risk of strain and injury.
This chair was used in my home office for a little while, but has been in plastic wrap for the past 5 or 6 years as I no longer have a home office.
