Co-op board available on a 5 acre property across the street from hours and hours of fantastic trail riding. Our property is a horse paradise encouraging lots of movement throughout the day. We have both upper and lower barns and lots of room for horses to roam and explore. Lower stalls have rubber mats and upper stalls have sand footing. Slow feed hay nets used in various locations on property. Large and small paddocks also available for grazing at certain times of year. Round pen on site and large indoor is available for rent on neighbouring horse property. Dry tack storage available. As a home owner and horse lover, I am looking for a calm, sound barefoot gelding with good ground manners to join my 13 year old barefoot gelding. We are active trail riders. Hoping to find a like-minded horse owner whose horse does not mind being left alone but perhaps also wants to join us out on the trails.
For the right horse and owner, I would consider full board for 300 a month. You are responsible for cost of hay and grains although we can have hay delivered and share cost. Happy to give any more details or show the property if you are interested.
