Crescent from Sweden were known for their orange paint.
This model is the 2nd highest one I know of.
The frame is made of English Reynolds 531 tubes, forks & stays.
It is 24" center to center and the top tube is 22-1/4" center to center.
The hubs are the famous Italian Campagnolo Tipo hi flange with the original straight Campy skewers. The hubs spin smoothly and the skewers are in amazing condition with no rust or damage.
The gears are all Campagnolo with downtube Record levers and Valentino Extra derailleurs. The cable guide is Campy 626/A in perfect shape. ( a collectors item on its own)
The 5 speed freewheel is Regina from Italy.
The pedals are made by Normandy of France and are beautiful. (condition & style!)
The toe clips are Christophe with leather straps.
The centerpull brakes are Weinmann of Germany. The hoods are original and in good shape.
The rims are tubular and the front is holding air.
Everything on this bike appears to be original and correct for a classic 1960's racing bike.
The condition is truly fantastic. The paint is even shiny!
The gears and brakes work and all bearings turn smoothly.
A gorgeous bike to collect, or fix the rear tire and ride a beautiful old racer!
