Norco malahat completely rebuilt in Brentwood Bay, British Columbia for sale

Not a spec of rust anywhere on the bike. Over 800$ in repairs and new pieces added to bike since last fall. Everything is rebuilt or brand new.
New forks,new rear gears and rim by Alex rims never been ride on yet,new tires last fall,new crank assembly last fall,new pedals and matching grips,new
adjustable stem and headset,new brake and shifter cables , new break pads,new front and rear splash fenders,quick release and seat by Brodie,newly rebuilt front axle and Rim, all derailer springs and sprockets are new and adjusted for smooth shifting. Bike is immaculate and in excellent condition. Work was done by my local bike shop and receipts are available on purchase with the shop warranty for installation and parts. Bike has fully adjustabl front handle height and is sitting on 700mm tires for adult. I’m sure I’m forgetting things. Paid 425 for bike and put over 800 in parts that haven’t been riden on yet. bike is large size but will fit medium or xl size with adjustments I can do on purchase.
