We are moving into a new townhouse for May 1st and will be renting out the master bedroom (which has an ensuite bathroom). $800/month + 1/3 hydro.
The townhouse is part of a new rental complex located next to the Saanich Fairgrounds on Stelly's Cross Road. They are located a short walk to Brentwood Bay and on the #75 & 81 bus routes. The suite is 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath, with private outdoor space, dishwasher, in suite laundry, and high ceilings. There is also common greenspace.
We do not have photos of the exact unit as it is just finishing construction.
