Maintained property and garden, Parking for 1 vehicle for each room, High speed internet, "on demand" hot water for long showers, 2 gas fireplaces, gorgeous maple hardwood and tile flooring (no carpet), central vac system, brand new windows in bedrooms, electric heat for each room with private thermostat. Sundeck for watching the sunset and sunrise. In house laundry, dishwasher, lots of storage space. Transit, 6 mile pub available under 10 min walk away. Short walk or drive to Thetis lake.
Seeking fun positive spirited individuals to share this beautiful house with us. Our ideal tenants would be young adults with full time employment for minimum 1 year at current job, and works roughly a 9-5 hour shift like us, would have to be a tidy person who is conscientious of keeping common spaces clean and neat. LGBTQetc friendly. We like to hang out at home and have pretty chill nights and would be happy to have someone else be social with us but if you prefer to do your own thing in your room that is welcomed also. No hard drinkers or heavy drugs, the house is a non smoking house. Creative minds very welcomed. Designers, artists musicians encouraged to apply.
