we are looking for one more person to share a home in beautiful Deep Cove.
On one acre, this house has a swimming pool, hot tub, nice gardens and two beautiful dogs...mine is a shepard lab and hers is an Alaskan Malamute.
One bedroom with shared bathroom and laundry and kitchen.
All new appliances.
We are musicians, so you kinda gotta love music...and beer.
No it's not a party house ( no smoking in the house proper) but we do play 2/ 3 times a week. Absolutely no drugs..but we are definitely weed friendly.
Clean home, parking bay for your car or bike, on bus route but not great service out here. Normal respectfulness required...clean own dishes(dishwasher) laundry are clean,etc...
There is a 200.00 damage deposit. There is no rental agreement....You'll know if you fit in or not. Hydro included.
This is for February 1st and viewing has to wait till Jan. 11th as I am in Nicaragua till then. Let me know if this sounds good.
