This awesome tent trailer sleeps 6 people. As it is a high wall model it has a decent sized fridge, microwave, and built in gas stove, gas oven and sink (with hot and cold water as there is a built-in water heater). The pull out dining room means there is plenty of the room to hang out inside when weather is inclement. The unit has a bathroom and a shower, with an additional external shower. Beds have heated mattresses (when external power available).
Comes with electric brakes, dual propane tanks, dual batteries, power lifting system, + power lift on hitch, and external bbq. Unit weight dry is 2876. GWR is 3766. Trailer size with Hitch 21'4". Open length 26'9".
The unit is in great shape, and has been cared for with all needed maintenance. We only used it about 4 or 5 times per year in the summer, and kept it in our heated garage for storage. It has been AMAZING for our family and has lots of great times left to give : ). Tent is water-tight, and no problems with it.
Your vehicle will need to be rated to tow at least 5000lbs and have a brake controller installed. Comes with hitch and anti-sway system, but anti-sway system not necessary at all.
