Northstar Farr 727 racing / cruising sailboat in Brentwood Bay, British Columbia for sale

Up for sale is our 1978 Farr designed Northstar 727, "Lion Passant". A classic boat that is at home racing the fleet or island jumping. This is the design that launched Bruce Farrs career. We have taken her on several adventures throughout the U.S. and Canadian Gulf Islands. She would be an ideal boat for a couple, a group of friends, or someone looking for a fun entry in PHRF racing. She sleeps two comfortably, but room for 4.
Since owning her she has received new bulkheads and topside paint. Boat was listed earlier this year, however I wanted to wash the hull bottom and apply a fresh coat of anti-fouling paint for the new owner. The hull has 3 coats of Inter-protect, and fresh Interlux Anti-fouling for this season.

Lion Passant is currently at moorage in Esquimalt Harbour, 50m South of Cole Island. Boat can be seen from public access at Palmer Station (Gibraltar Bay), or rowed to from public access from Helmecken, or Beaumont Avenue. I would be happy to take interested buyers out for viewing. While mooring is not included, we can discuss the use of it through summer.
