These are true olive trees that derive from Spain, they are self fertile, though are more productive with a companion.
Our olive trees handled minus 10C- 12 C for a week. They need 1/2 day to full day of sun, well drained soil, are wind pollinated, and become drought resistant once establish in 4-5 years.
