Seeking a lovely human to share our wonderful space. Our house is a 4 bedroom 2 garage hardwood floored gem, situated on top of a hill so we have great ocean views. Maintained landscaped yard overlooking a city park. We are above the 6 mile pub area. Bus route within 10 min walk.
The bedroom is spacious at 15 and a half by 9 and a half feet, with an extra reading nook/bench built in by the window sill. Large closet with built in shelving on the sides. We are looking for someone who can appreciate a clean space, who is kind, and is maybe a bit of an odd ball. Artists and creative minded people encouraged to apply.
